DELIVERY POLICY
Our standard delivery service is charged a fixed rate of $12. We are currently servicing the following areas:

We will ensure your order arrive on the date chosen at checkout, provided there are no issues with the delivery such as incorrect address (so please ensure the address is correct). In the case of no recipient to accept the delivery, an additional $25 will be charge for orders which require re-delivery unless specified in your checkout that it can be left outside.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
THREE DAY RETURN POLICY
You may expect to enjoy your beautiful flower arrangements for 3 to 5 days on the condition that you have properly cared for them as per instruction provided. . Should your flowers perish within three (3) days of the delivery date, KayKay Flowers will be happy to resend replacement flowers at no cost or credit back to the original account you used at checkout.
KayKay Flowers do however, require that any dissatisfaction of the flowers be communicated within 3 days of delivery by emailing enquiries@kaykayflowers.com.au attaching a photo of the flowers and we will contact you to discuss options.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGES
Under our cancellation policy, we will refund 100% of the purchase price paid if you cancel an order by emailing at least 24 hours prior to the Delivery Date. If you need to make a change to an order, call us to request the change prior to 5.00pm one day before the Delivery Date. We reserve the right to not accept changes to orders for delivery on special calendar events, including but not limited to Christmas, Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day.
We may, at our sole discretion, reject an order if we are unable to arrange delivery to your delivery address. In that case we will notify you as soon as possible and will refund any amounts paid by you in respect of those goods.
SPECIFIC WARNINGS
You must advise us when placing the order for flowers if the Recipient has any allergies to particular types of flowers. If you do not do so then we will not be able to take any allergies into account when supplying the products.
